We are working with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Client Relationship Assistant Manager to join their established Marketing & BD function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering the firm-wide client care programme, helping to strengthen relationships and drive service excellence across priority clients.
The Responsibilities:
- Deliver a structured, firm-wide approach to client feedback and engagement, ensuring consistent processes and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a Senior Client Care Executive, supporting their development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Project manage client feedback surveys and interview cycles, monitoring responses, preparing reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Analyse client data and feedback to identify service improvements, competitor intelligence, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain reporting dashboards, CRM data, and client intelligence tools.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to enhance the client care programme.
The Candidate:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially minded and proactive, able to spot opportunities for innovation and programme development.
