Responsibilities

  • Support the Property team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including Land Registry applications, property searches and SDLT submissions.
  • Manage critical dates and documentation, ensuring deadlines are accurately diarised and monitored.
  • Coordinate the setup and ongoing management of data rooms and maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with file opening procedures, conflict checks, client care documentation and matter closing processes.
  • Prepare invoices, expense claims and support finance-related administration, including payments, transfers and WIP adjustments.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external providers and local authorities to obtain documents, searches and policy quotations where required.
  • Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, courier coordination and document preparation, ensuring all work is completed in line with firm protocols and quality standards.

Candidate

  • Previous experience within a legal or property-focused team.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident communication and IT skills, with a professional and proactive approach to supporting colleagues and clients.
