Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their London office. The role involves creating visual solutions to communicate the firm’s brand and key messages by applying design background and commercial awareness to conceptualise and design various media and formats, while upholding the firm brand identity and design guidelines.
The Responsibilities:
Create multi-channel marketing materials, including event invitations, thought leadership, pitches, promotional campaigns, and internal communications.
Conduct image research and use AI-based tools to generate visual content.
Monitor and adopt new design and AI technologies to improve the firm’s design services and online presence.
Contribute ideas and execute one-off branded campaigns, such as partner retreats or summer associate programmes.
Track social media trends and support promotional campaigns targeting varied demographics.
Manage day-to-day branded merchandise and the firm’s online store.
The Candidate:
Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred, with proven experience in graphic design, print, web, or video production.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, Word, with expertise in social media design, video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and use of AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Midjourney.
Skilled in image sourcing, highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication at all levels of design/technical experience.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building abilities, effective across teams and departments.
