We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Client Onboarding Administrator to join the Risk Management team in Northampton.
There is also Hybrid working available.
We are looking for a proactive and organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and an interest in risk, compliance and client onboarding .
You will be comfortable working with confidential information, following detailed procedures and managing multiple requests within agreed deadlines.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with fee earners and support teams across the firm.
The role will provide essential support across the firm's client and matter onboarding processes , ensuring that file opening, AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checking requirements are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Working as part of a centralised onboarding function, you will act as a key point of contact for fee earners, secretaries and wider support teams.
You will help ensure new clients and matters are onboarded smoothly while maintaining high standards of compliance, data accuracy and service delivery.
