A commercially oriented city law firm is seeking an Interim Proposal Manager to join their London office. This role will mainly manage and deliver large, panel-style, and cross-group pitches. It involves working with existing clients and pitching to new prospects. The position reports to the permanent Proposals Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Help partners define and implement proposal strategies.
- Manage projects by developing plans, sourcing content, writing and editing documents, and ensuring timely completion of activities.
- Maintain pitch management pages on the firm’s Intranet and upload all proposal submissions.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline and post-decision feedback.
- Assist in writing and updating content in the central library.
Candidate Requirements:
- Management skills, preferably gained within professional services.
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing projects and advising on major panel tenders.
