A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Business Performance to partner with a senior business leader and play a key role in driving commercial performance, operational excellence and strategic growth.
This is a high-impact leadership position sitting at the heart of a major business unit. Working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will help shape strategy, influence decision-making and ensure the successful delivery of business plans across a complex and fast-moving environment.

- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and deliver business strategy
- Leading financial planning, forecasting and performance management activities
- Driving profitability and identifying opportunities for business improvement
- Monitoring business performance and providing insight to support decision-making
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes

- Significant experience in business performance, commercial leadership or business partnering roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at executive level
