A leading Southern law firm is seeking an Events & Marketing Executive to support the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team in delivering marketing activities and events across the firm. This role offers great exposure to digital marketing, client engagement, and event coordination, ideal for those building a career in professional services marketing.
The Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and promotion for in-person and virtual events, including invitations, RSVPs, onsite support, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain the events calendar and help track event ROI alongside senior colleagues.
- Manage digital content updates across the website, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.
- Own mailing list accuracy and GDPR compliance, supporting email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Act as a first point of contact for MBD enquiries, providing timely responses and administrative support to the team.
The Candidate:
- Experience in marketing, events, or communications, ideally within professional services or B2B.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with WordPress, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Comfortable attending occasional early morning or evening events as required.
