Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for an Events Manager to join their London office. The Events Manager plays a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating a wide range of client, intermediary and internal events reporting directly into the Senior Event Manager.

The Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full end-to-end event management for client, intermediary and internal events, from conception to post-event administration and cost reconciliation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, engaged and confident throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Ensure events follow firm policies, best practices, brand standards and industry regulations, while monitoring effectiveness, competitor comparisons and attendee satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, budgets and reporting, ensuring commercial value and compliance with procurement requirements.
  • Provide pre-event and on-site support, collaborating closely with BD and marketing teams and guiding them on processes and best practice.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and track developments in event-industry laws, standards and technologies to maintain high-quality and compliant events.

  • Extensive senior level event management expertise, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-driven, with excellent IT and event tech skills.
