Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for an Events & Sponsorship Executive to join their one of their regional offices. The role requires working closely with the Events and Sponsorship Manager and sector and practice team leaders to drive the successful implementation and monitoring of events and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and project-manage events and sponsorships, creating clear action plans and event timelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand objectives, make recommendations, and ensure events support wider marketing efforts.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, suppliers, invitations, presentations, collateral, and on-site/front-of-house support.
- Use virtual event platforms effectively and maximise the success of webinars and online events.
- Collaborate with the PR/Communications team to promote events and produce marketing materials such as invitations, flyers, and brochures.
- Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant data and activity records in the Intapp CRM, acting as a proactive CRM ambassador.
- Oversee event collateral and merchandise, including proofreading materials, managing supplies, processing invoices, and tracking assets.
- Measure event ROI by collecting feedback, updating CRM records, and providing post-event reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Versatile and confident organiser capable of delivering high-impact events from C-suite to community level, with strong project and budget management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and a flair for producing memorable events.
