Blue Legal are partnering with a global law firm who are recruiting for a European Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join their office in London. The roleholder will report directly into the Senior Business Development Manager and collaborate with all members of the Marketing and Business Development team.
The Responsibilities:
- Collaborates on creating customised materials (e.g., pitches, RFPs, bios), maintains practice and client lists, and ensures website and collateral reflect up-to-date experience and expertise.
- Helps raise the firm's European profile through event coordination, identifying thought leadership and speaking opportunities, and maintaining business development calendars.
- Gathers business and competitive intelligence for clients and key practice areas to support strategic initiatives.
- Assists with drafting submissions for directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500), including liaising with lawyers and supporting interviews.
- Supports client memo production, publishing opportunities, matter experience tracking, and promotes select matters in coordination with PR teams.
- Contributes to the execution of attorney and practice business plans, special projects (including diversity), and firm-hosted events, while ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

- Experience working within a similar role within legal or professional services is essential.
