The role reports directly to the Senior Business Development Manager and collaborates with the Marketing and Business Development team. Responsibilities: Creating customised materials (pitches, RFPs, bios), maintaining practice and client lists, and updating website and collateral with current experience and expertise. Enhancing the firm\’s European profile through event coordination, identifying thought leadership opportunities, and managing business development calendars. Gathering business and competitive intelligence to support strategic initiatives. Drafting submissions for directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500), liaising with lawyers, and supporting interviews. Supporting client memo production, publishing opportunities, matter experience tracking, and promoting matters in coordination with PR teams. Executing attorney and practice business plans, managing special projects (including diversity initiatives), and coordinating firm events, ensuring high-quality output. Candidate Profile: Experience in a similar role within legal or professional services is essential.
