A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Business Performance to partner with a senior business leader and play a key role in driving commercial performance, operational excellence and strategic growth. The Role
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and deliver business strategy
- Leading financial planning, forecasting and performance management activities
- Driving profitability and identifying opportunities for business improvement
- Translating strategic objectives into operational delivery plans
- Monitoring business performance and providing insight to support decision-making
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes

About You
You will be a commercially minded business leader with experience operating in a complex, professional environment. You are likely to bring:
- Significant experience in business performance, commercial leadership or business partnering roles
- Strong financial and commercial management capability, including P&L responsibility
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams
- A track record of delivering business improvement and change initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at executive level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The confidence to challenge constructively and drive accountability
