Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Client Programme Manager to join their Bristol or Edinburgh office. The role involves working closely with the Head of Client Programme to support the firm’s Markets strategy by driving forward three key strategic client development work streams.
- Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the Key Account Management (KAM) programme across the firm.
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, developing strategic account plans and driving client growth and cross-selling opportunities.
- Establish consistent account management standards, reporting processes, and KPI tracking, supported by enhanced CRM systems.
- Lead the Client Listening programme, improving the volume, quality, and use of client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering client programmes, managing processes, and implementing change, ideally within professional services.
- Flexible with excellent time management, capable of overcoming challenges and maintaining focus despite setbacks.
