This role sits within the firm\’s Adoption team and focuses on creating engaging digital learning solutions to support the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. You will design and deliver innovative materials that enhance learning experiences, drive engagement, and help teams across the firm embrace change with confidence.The Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital learning content, including SharePoint pages, videos, and eLearning modules.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with Adoption Managers, Product Managers, subject matter experts, and end-users to define objectives and outcomes.Regularly review and update existing learning materials to maintain quality and relevance.Support the implementation of role-specific learning pathways and adoption communications.Keep up to date with digital learning trends and explore new tools and technologies to enhance user engagement.The Candidate:Minimum of three years\’ experience in digital learning creation.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Creative flair and a good eye for design, producing professional, engaging content.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practice.Proficient in rapid authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate) and video/image editing software.Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HTML/CSS and LMS management is an advantage.Experience within the legal or professional services sector is desirable.Detail-focused, innovative, and passionate about continuous learning
