Data Analyst within the Business Development team , you will play a key role in managing and analysing data, improving reporting processes and automating insights to support strategic decision-making.

You will be comfortable working collaboratively with different teams, translating business requirements into practical reporting solutions and presenting your findings clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Gather, organise and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability.
Work closely with the Operations and Planning teams to understand data analytics, reporting and process mapping requirements.
Analyse datasets to identify trends, insights, opportunities and quick wins that can support business decision-making.
Work with internal teams to identify appropriate data sources and define reporting requirements and workflows.
Design scalable processes and solutions to improve and automate reporting.
Collaborate with Data Visualisation Designers and Analysts to ensure data and reporting requirements are clearly defined for development.
Communicate analytical findings and insights to relevant stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining outputs where required.
Support the development of efficient, repeatable and automated reporting processes.
Conduct detailed data analysis and investigation where required to identify issues, inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure appropriate data governance processes are followed.
Keep up to date with developments in data analytics, reporting tools and methodologies.
Identify opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency and impact of data analysis and reporting across the function.
