A leading accountancy firm is looking for a skilled and proactive CRM Specialist to join their Marketing and Growth team. The role will involve executing campaigns, automating processes, and supporting the development of data-driven strategy to ensure seamless collaboration across the teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop and optimise the system to align with business objectives.
  • Lead efforts to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Implement automated workflows using PowerAutomate to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Support back-end development and configuration of Dynamics365, including managing tables, fields, forms, and views.
  • Play a key role in training and supporting end-users to optimize system usage.
  • Measure and track sales pipeline, client experiences, and service quality levels with the CRM Manager.
  • Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth through segmentation, behaviour patterns, and preferences.

The Candidate

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM roles with expertise in optimising and configuring Dynamics-365 systems, including backend work.
  • Skilled in creating automated workflows using PowerAutomate and integrating CRM systems with other platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and a keen eye for detail in data analysis and system customisation.
  • Proficient in building customer journeys for lifecycle stages like onboarding, retention, and reactivation, with problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn, particularly in CRM and digital marketing, with the ability to create PowerBI dashboards a plus.
