Blue Legal is excited to partner with a prestigious international law firm in the search for a CRM Manager to join their Marketing & Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated CRM professional to take ownership of the firm’s CRM strategy, drive operational excellence, and support a global team in strengthening client relationships.

The Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and execute the firm’s CRM strategy, ensuring firmwide alignment and best practice implementation.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of CRM systems, ensuring they are optimised for client development, relationship mapping, and business development activities.
  • Lead a small team, setting clear objectives, providing support and guidance, and ensuring high performance.
  • Provide CRM-driven insights and intelligence for strategic planning, pitches, and key client programs across regions.
  • Develop and deliver CRM training for various teams, ensuring widespread adoption of best practices across the firm.
  • Manage CRM data standards, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, while maintaining high-quality, actionable data.

The Candidate:

  • Significant experience in CRM management, preferably in a professional services or legal environment, with a strong understanding of client development and business development processes.
  • Proven experience with major CRM platforms (e.g., InterAction, Vuture) and a track record of successfully managing system enhancements and integrations.
  • Strong people management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Ability to translate high-level firm goals into actionable CRM initiatives that drive performance and business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, including GDPR and PECR, with a focus on CRM-related compliance.
  • Collaborative & Organised: Strong collaborative approach, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
