A major US law firm is hiring a CRM / Digital Marketing Specialist to join their London office. The role-holder will play a vital role in achieving business strategies, through developing and optimising the firm’s CRM and Marketing Automation systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless operation of cloud-enabled CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, driving efficiency and innovation.
The Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing incoming support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Actively support the administrative function of Salesforce, the firm’s CRM platform.
- Assist users with data imports, exports, updates, and contribute to data cleansing efforts.
- Provide support with the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns within Pardot, the firm’s marketing automation platform.
- Coordinate marketing email creation, list management, and event coordination.
- Resolve email and form-related formatting issues, including HTML editing and understanding prospect audit trails.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Deliver comprehensive training to both existing and new users, emphasizing data quality standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials related to CRM and Marketing Automation.
The Candidate:
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology, and understand how to resolve database issues.
- Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM experience (Advantageous).
- Pardot or similar marketing automation platform experience (Advantageous).
- Educated to a Bachelor’s degree.
