Blue Legal have partnered with a leading law firm based in London, on the search for a Communications Manager to join their team. The role-holder will be involved in delivering the firm’s communications strategy, including developing and executing internal communications plans and monitoring the firm’s external profile.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering internal communications campaigns, experience in managing senior stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.

The Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Head of Communications to deliver the Communications strategy for the firm and its subsidiary businesses.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to distribute critical messages, including announcements and other internal communications.
  • Develop the firm’s internal communications plan in collaboration with senior stakeholders, including drafting and reviewing high-priority messages.
  • Build strong relationships within the firm and with external partners, intermediaries, and key contacts.
  • Monitor the firm’s external profile and identify key issues requiring action.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize communication efforts and ensure relevant messages reach the appropriate audiences.
  • Provide feedback on internal campaigns and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
The Candidate:
  • Significant experience in communications within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Confident communicator capable of building collaborative relationships and persuading senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing, motivating, coaching, and engaging junior team members.
