An award-winning global law firm is seeking a Communications Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will develop and implement a responsible business and pro bono communications strategy to raise awareness of the firm and enhance its reputation among internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a communications plan to position the firm as a responsible business leader and innovator.
  • Implement responsible business communications activities across internal and corporate channels.
  • Partner with the global responsible business and pro bono teams to co-create innovative communications initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand activities and priorities, and co-create relevant communication strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to identify and leverage communication opportunities.
  • Manage the intranet section, including drafting and publishing content.
  • Assist with pitches, press releases, awards submissions, web content updates, and other external communications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-standard global communications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to report on project progress and outcomes.
  • Experience in responsible business areas, either in the UK or globally.
  • Stakeholder management, diplomacy, and negotiation skills.
