A leading law firm with a global client base across the life sciences and technology sectors is seeking a Communications Assistant to join its busy Marketing & BD team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a major internal communications project β€” the development and roll-out of a new SharePoint-based intranet platform.The Responsibilities:Support the build and structure of new intranet pages, liaising with teams across the firm to gather, edit and upload content.Maintain consistency of tone, accessibility, and brand standards across all communications.Own and maintain the firm\’s central internal calendar, ensuring all events are captured and up to date.Coordinate feedback, action requests, and updates to intranet content.Assist with drafting internal announcements and provide support for communications campaigns and events.Contribute to reporting, analytics, and wider communications initiatives.The Candidate:Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role, ideally within professional services.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail.Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.Familiarity with digital platforms (experience with SharePoint an advantage but not essential).LondonBlue Legal70 Gracechurch StLondonEC3V 0HRUnited Kingdom0207 118 3003
