Blue Legal are partnering with a leading online legal services provider firm who are recruiting for a Client Support Analyst to join their London office on a 9 month FTC basis. The role involves providing content management and administrative support for existing and new products.
The Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product teams and lawyers to coordinate content development and ensure alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Update and maintain live product websites within business-critical timeframes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all published content.
- Draft and send important alerts to clients in a timely manner, maintaining clear and effective communication channels for critical updates.
- Ensure adherence to agreed service levels and updating cycles while monitoring the release of new or updated content to maintain standards.
- Coordinate and obtain relevant sign-off from product teams and lawyers before publication to live websites, ensuring proper approval processes.
- Provide active support to product teams and lawyers in content development while updating and maintaining intranet sites that promote and manage products and initiatives.
The Candidate:
- Experience supporting lawyers with excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach able to work independently under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and methodical work practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels with daily interaction across product, legal and support teams, combined with a proven track record of effective teamwork and collaborative working relationships.
- Strong experience managing complex website content with HTML and XML editing tools, structured data authoring concepts, database creation and maintenance capabilities, plus the ability to rapidly learn new IT applications and develop detailed product knowledge for handling subscriber enquiries.
