An elite international law firm with a global presence, renowned for its commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their Technology sector. Collaborating closely with the Team Lead and the Business Development & Marketing team, this role focuses on nurturing client relationships with the sector’s ‘Enterprise’ clients to drive profitable revenue growth through cross-selling the firm’s practices and offices.
The Responsibilities:
- Strengthen relationships with priority clients in the technology sector, focusing on cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities.
- Promote the firm’s expertise to key stakeholders within priority clients, aligning with strategic initiatives and market-driven themes.
- Act as the primary contact for effective relationship management and development for specific clients, delivering significant value to the partnership.
- Partner with the Technology Strategy Consultant to support the development of the Technology Sector and specific BD/cross-selling projects.
- Manage 6 key global client accounts.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a professional services or partnership environment.
- Relevant experience in client account management in a similar position.
- Proven experience in business development, with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels, both partner and client-facing.
- Experience working in the technology industry or sector is desired.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships.
