A leading international law firm is seeking a Client Listening Manager to join their London office. The successful candidate will support the firm’s Client Listening and Client Experience programmes, as well as sector-focused business development activities. This role reports to the Head of Client Services and collaborates closely with other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop processes to promote continuous client listening.
  • Coordinate client pipelines and matters across key accounts.
  • Assist client account teams with effective listening and feedback collection.
  • Analyze gathered information and report on findings.
  • Utilize client experience mapping to identify improvement areas and report findings.
  • Monitor progress against improvement initiatives.
  • Support specific Client Experience projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience managing a client listening programme.
  • Background in a legal or professional services firm.
  • Proven experience conducting client service interviews and managing feedback with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
