An award winning global law firm are seeking a Client Development Manager to work within the Global Business Development Team to contribute toward the development and pursuit of clients within core sectors. This role reports to the Head of Clients Insurance with travel to the London office as required.
The Responsibilities:
- Execute given tactics in line with client development plans and regional using analytics to identify and track leads
- Lead strategic pitch and panel opportunities ensuring the pitch reviews are completed
- Conduct pipeline review meetings with client partners/teams to understand opportunities and BD support required
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of assigned client accounts effectively in front of senior firm leadership
- Coordinate client teams and cross-practice groups to support client development initiatives
- Inform the Head of Clients of work and opportunities in progress and consult on any barriers to delivery
- Lead the annual budget process for allocated clients to ensure appropriate expenditure and that the firm receives a suitable return on investments
The Candidate:
- Experience working within a legal/professional services environment
- Able to work to tight deadlines to assimilate information quickly
- Ability to drive initiatives forward and motivate resources to perform
