We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning & Consulting Operations Executive to support the smooth delivery of learning programmes, consulting projects and day-to-day business operations. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working with senior stakeholders and ensuring an exceptional client experience from project inception through to completion.

Working closely with the leadership team, consultants and external clients, you will play a key role in managing project logistics, coordinating learning events, maintaining operational processes and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of learning and consulting projects.
  • Manage project timelines, schedules and resource planning to ensure successful delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to arrange workshops, meetings, coaching sessions and consultancy engagements.
  • Prepare project documentation, proposals, presentations and learning materials.
  • Coordinate virtual and face-to-face training programmes, including venue sourcing, delegate management and facilitator support.
  • Manage client communications before, during and after programmes, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate project records, CRM data and reporting dashboards.
  • Support consultants with diary management, travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Monitor project budgets, raise purchase orders and process invoices where required.
  • Produce project reports, evaluation summaries and post-programme feedback analysis.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and delivery processes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating webinars, events, case studies and client communications.
  • Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and online learning platforms where applicable.
  • Assist with business development administration, including proposal coordination, tender submissions and client presentations.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an operations, project coordination, learning & development, consulting support or business support role.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and external clients.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM systems, project management tools or Learning Management Systems would be advantageous.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team.
