A leading professional services firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will participate in delivering the firm’s overarching PR and Communications strategy while supporting the development of an overall digital communication plan. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical digital marketing skills who enjoys working with content.

The Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of content across internal and external digital channels.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring the firm’s purpose, narrative, and tone are reflected in all content.
  • Implement output and processes, providing strategic advice on digital communication methods.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s website and intranet external suppliers and in-house IT team, supporting software development, upgrades, and issues.
  • Support the wider BD and Marketing team with lead generation campaigns, SEO activities, and related projects.
  • Provide guidance and training to content authors across the firm to ensure consistent, accessible, and up-to-date digital content.

The Candidate:

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience working with content management systems such as WordPress, and training others in their use.
  • Experience managing a SharePoint intranet is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with mobile applications and a good understanding of responsive web design.
