A top-100 UK law firm is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their Cardiff head office. This is a new role within the firm’s wider BD & Marketing team, responsible for coordinating daily business development and marketing activities to support the private wealth group and achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective business development and marketing plans.
  • Drafting and editing marketing collateral, including web copy, pitch materials, and advertising.
  • Planning and facilitating seminars, networking events, hospitality, and thought leadership events.
  • Identifying business development and marketing opportunities for private wealth teams.
  • Reporting regularly on business development and marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with the communications team to ensure content for private wealth teams.
  • Supporting internal projects and ensuring private wealth teams can utilize the firm’s CRM system effectively.
  • Providing private clients with relevant thought leadership materials such as legal updates and bulletins.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of the private wealth sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and traditional marketing methods.
