We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a prestigious skincare and aesthetics business based in West London. This is a part-time position working 3 days per week on an initial 4-month contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping processes
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with credit control
  • Perform bank reconciliations on Xero
  • Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
  • Support VAT returns and other statutory reporting requirements
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Provide ad hoc finance and administrative support as required

The successful applicant will have strong bookkeeping experience and be highly proficient in Xero, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial processes accurately and efficiently.
