A leading intellectual property firm is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team in their London/Birmingham office. The role will support the Marketing & Business Development Manager with the timely delivery of marketing related projects and communications.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing & BD Manager to develop the annual marketing plan including Events, Digital Marketing and PR
  • Lead the management and development of the CRM marketing database (InterAction), reviewing ongoing processes, and cleansing the database
  • Manage the development of the company website, to raise Google rankings via SEO and content
  • Take ownership of the department's intranet pages, update content as required
  • Creating and distribution of emails using the firm's e-marketing software
  • Reporting of campaign outcomes and events to evaluate effectiveness of marketing projects
  • Assist with formatting professional documents for presentations and pitches for Fee Earners, as required

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a busy Marketing team within a professional services or IP firm
  • Possess a relevant marketing qualification or working towards a CIM qualification
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM system management
  • In-depth understanding of websites and CMS

Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
