Blue Legal have partnered with a leading financial consultancy firm, based in London, to recruit a Bids Artworker to join their team Part-Time on a 9 Month FTC basis. This role is ideal for a skilled graphic designer with experience in designing bids, pitches, and tenders processes in professional services sectorsThe Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality design for bids and presentations, aligned with brand guidelines and deadlines.Collaborate with bid and design leads to ensure visuals support win strategies and key messaging.Create compelling, client-focused pitch materials in partnership with subject matter experts.Transform complex information into clear, engaging graphics and visual assets.Maintain and develop a library of reusable design elements, icons, and imagery.Support wider business development efforts with ad hoc presentation and marketing design.The Candidate:Experienced designer with a background in B2B or professional services, including bid/tender work.Proven success in delivering design that contributes to commercial wins.Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and design use of MS Office.Creates impactful, brand-aligned visuals for sales and marketing.Strong collaborator, able to contribute to design workshops and team projects.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.The Recruitment Process – How to get it right!
