The Company Blue Legal has partnered with a magic circle law firm who are seeking a BD & Marketing Manager to be based in their London office. This role will support the Dispute Resolution team on all business development and marketing activities and report to the Senior BDM. This role offers exposure to working with the world’s best lawyers globally and will support career development and personal growth.
The Responsibilities
- Coach and develop the dispute resolution team.
- Ensure quality and consistency of the first draft from end to end across the pitch process.
- Oversee and create a system of management for the BDM infrastructure.
- Raising external profile through campaigns, PR, events, and online presence.
- Manage priority client relations as well as plan and execute BD initiatives relating to client targeting.
- Ensure delivery of the directory and award submissions for the group.
- Develop and manage the team’s internal communications.
The Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role – advisory-oriented practice is preferred.
- Degree level or equivalent.
- Knowledge of legal/professional services firms.
