Blue Legal are looking for an experienced Admin and Executive Assistant to support the Director of a leading legal recruitment agency based in the heart of London. As a leading legal recruitment agency we pride ourselves on connecting top-tier legal talent with some of the most prestigious firms. This is a key role, providing comprehensive support to the Director to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will act as a vital partner, enabling the Director to focus on driving business growth and maintaining client relationships.
The responsibilities
- Schedule, organise, and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record management.
- Create and format professional documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Support recruitment projects by coordinating tasks, liaising with clients and candidates, and conducting research as needed.
- Act as ‘front of house’ initial POC for suppliers.
- Liaise with accounts teams to ensure invoices are sent out on time and paid.
- Other ad hoc PA duties for the Director and CEO may include, arranging travel, dinners, calendars, delivering contracts etc.
The candidate
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role, we are open to background!
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- We are looking for someone with 1-3+ years’ experience, or a super enthusiastic graduate looking to start their corporate career.
