We are currently recruiting an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a well-established contractor based in Coventry on a long-term project. Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Sub-Contractor with a strong reputation, long-standing history, and recognised brand within the industry. Due to continued growth in the region, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager with proven experience in civil engineering and groundworks projects.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme timelines. You will play a key role in driving progress on site while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

  • 4 years experience as a Site Manager delivering full project lifecycles
  • Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety
