We are currently recruiting for a site engineer who can manage remedial works as well as external landscaping of the project at Brentford. The successful candidate will be interviewed immediately.
As the Site manager & engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Accurate setting out/surveying of landscaping
- Conduct quality control checks and build records
- Assist with completion of remedial/snaggings works.
Requirements:
To be successful in this Site Manager & Engineer role, you need to be:
- CSCS card is required
- Previously worked as a Site Engineer who manages a site.
- Experienced in RC work and Ground work - min 3 years UK experience.
As a Site Manager & Engineer, you must be proficient with most surveying instruments, be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
