We are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on behalf of a leading RC Frame contractor based in West London. The successful candidate will be working in the Building and Groundwork sector and reporting to the Commercial Manager/Project Director. The client is looking to upgrade the previous facilities to increase operational capacity.
The successful candidate will be based in the head office in West London-Middlesex, however, will be required to visit more than one site. These positions are ideally for permanent roles; however, contract positions will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Experience with JCT
- Previous experience with sub-contractors
- Preferably from a background in RC Frame and Groundwork, with a minimum of 7-10 years' experience
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Degree level or equivalent
- Ability to be an ambassador for the company
- Solid experience in procurement of RC frame, surfacing, and drainage would be preferable
