PROJECT ENGINEER\\n\\nProject Engineer (x2) – Groundworks & RC Structures\\n\\n📍Locations: Watford & Hanwell\\n🕒 Duration: 30 weeks (Sarting; Watford -12/01/2026 and Hanwell-05/01/2026)\\n\\nWe are seeking two experienced Project Engineers to join our team and deliver a multi-disciplinary civil engineering project across our Watford and Hanwell sites. The project involves groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) works and offers the opportunity to work on a high-value, technically challenging development.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Manage site works to high standards of safety, quality, and performance in accordance with project procedures and standards.\\n\\n * Lead “setting to work” briefings with a focus on safe and quality-driven execution.\\n\\n * Direct and prioritize daily site activities in line with project requirements.\\n\\n * Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and QA documentation.\\n\\n * Carry out limited setting out duties as required.\\n\\n * Supervise site engineers and manage sub-contractors effectively.\\n\\n * Participate in early design reviews to identify risks and opportunities.\\n\\n * Implement and monitor quality assurance through control, inspection, and test plans.\\n\\n * Promote a strong culture of safe working practices on site.\\n\\n * Support the Sub-Agent/Agent with day-to-day operations and reporting.\\n\\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\\n\\n * Proven experience as a Project Engineer on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.\\n\\n * Strong background in groundworks and reinforced concrete.\\n\\n * Experience managing high-value construction packages.\\n\\n * Competent in preparing and managing site documentation.\\n\\n * SMSTS or SSSTS certification.\\n\\n * Valid CSCS card.\\n\\n * BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or related discipline, or HNC/HND equivalent.\\n\\n * Must have the right to live and work in the UK.\\n\\nSkills & Attributes\\n\\n * Strong leadership and communication skills.\\n\\n * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.\\n\\n * Focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.\\n\\n * Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.\\n\\nHow to Apply\\n\\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your up-to-date CV quoting “Project Engineer – Watford/ Hanwell” in the subject line.\\n\\nKeywords: #ProjectEngineer #SiteEngineer #SectionEngineer #CivilEngineering #Groundworks #RCWorks #Infrastructure #Construction #EngineeringJobs #UKJobs
