M&E Site Manager

M&E Site Manager We are currently searching for enthusiastic M&E/ MEP Site Managers to work for one of the developers in London who specialising in the residential sector. This company traditionally build projects between the £5m and £250m. You mainly assisting senior managers with overseeing progress of internal fit-out works. M&E Site Manager you will: * Oversee daily progress of M&E Works * Monitor and report on the progress of activities. * Coordinate with subcontractors and address any issues that may arise on the site. * Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. * Witness test and commissioning. * Ensure that all activities align with the project timeline. * Carry out snagging inspection and report to senior management. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. * Assist Project Manager with prepare daily or weekly reports on-site activities, progress, and issues. Required: * 3-5 years site experience as Asst or site Manager in M&E or MEP. * Enthusiastic approach to construction and gaining personal experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS. Rate is negotiable based on the experience.
