We are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on the behalf of a leading RC Frame contractor based in West London. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate will be working in Building and Groundwork sector and reporting to Commercial Manager/ Project Director. The client is looking to upgrade the previous facilities to increase operation capacity.

Successful senior Quantity surveyor candidate based in head office in west London- Middlesex, however; require to visit more than one sites.

These Quantity Surveyor positions are ideally for permanent, however; contract position also will be considered.

The correct application for this Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the following knowledge and experience;

Experience with JCT.

Previous experience with sub-contractors.

Preferable to have come from previous RC Frame and Groundwork, minimum 7-10 years.

Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Degree level or equivalent.

Be able to be an ambassador for the company.

Solid experience re procurement RC frame, surfacing, drainage would be preferable.

Salary and other benefits;

Up to £400/day + work related expenses.

This is an urgent positions and successful candidates may start ASAP.
