Blue Inn Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in IG6, East London , just a 10-minute walk from Hainault Underground Station .
This is a permanent position , and salary will be negotiable depending on experience .
The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting construction professionals across a wide range of disciplines throughout the UK, while supporting senior management in delivering successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and resourcing
- Candidate relationship management
- Client account management
- Supporting the operational side of the business
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment and/or HR , ideally within:
- Construction Recruitment, or
- Residential Recruitment
- Excellent communication and written English skills
- Ability to work flexible or unsocial hours when required by the business
- Candidates with strong sales backgrounds will also be considered
Location
East London (IG6) approximately 10 minutes walk from Hainault Tube Station.
