We are currently seeking an experienced Shuttering Foreman to join a long-term construction project in Ipswich, Suffolk.

- Supervise and coordinate a team of shuttering carpenters on site.
- Plan and oversee daily shuttering activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout the project.
- Liaise with the Site Manager and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure all operatives adhere to site procedures and company standards. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Foreman or Foreman supervising shuttering/formwork operations.
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site teams, coordinate workloads, and maintain productivity.
- Good understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with an initial duration of 8+ months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
