Job Title: Experienced Groundworker Kerbing, Paving, Landscaping & Drainage
Location: Bristol (BS3)
Contract: 6-month temporary role
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Groundworker with strong, hands‑on experience in all aspects of groundworks, including kerbing, block paving, paving, slabbing, landscaping, drainage and associated groundwork duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out hands‑on groundworks, including kerbing, block paving, paving, slabbing and landscaping.
- Installing kerbs, laying block paving and paving slabs to a high standard.
- Undertaking drainage installation, pipe laying, manhole construction and associated drainage works.
- Preparing ground, excavation, levelling, grading and reinstatement works.
- Carrying out landscaping, edging, concreting and general external works.
- Using hand tools and relevant equipment safely and effectively.
- Working from site drawings and following health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven, practical experience in groundworks, kerbing, block paving, paving, slabbing, landscaping and drainage.
- Strong hands‑on skills across all aspects of groundworker duties.
- Valid, up‑to‑date CSCS card and other relevant cards, tickets and certifications.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Available for an immediate start and able to commit to the full 6‑month contract.
