The Company

My client is a Top 10 Main Contractor and a leading player in the UK construction market. They are market leaders in Highways, Rail (heavy rail, light rail, rail depots), Energy (Nuclear - decommissioning, nuclear processing plants, nuclear new build including power) and energy from waste. They have a solid reputation as an international construction company and have a proven track record in the successful delivery of UK major civil projects.

The Role

Due to an increase in projected workflow in the UK Market, they are currently looking for a Senior Estimator. The Estimator needs to lead major civil projects in excess of £100m. The successful candidate/Senior Estimator will be reporting to the Managing Estimator/project director. The successful Estimator candidate must be able to demonstrate estimating from first principles.

To be considered for the above Senior Estimator opportunity, previous experience within an estimating role working for a main contractor in the UK, especially in heavy civil projects, is essential.
