Blue Ice Machines is the UK's leading supplier of premium specialist equipment, offering a wide range of commercial catering products such as soft serve ice cream machines, frozen yogurt machines, slush and milkshake machines, ice makers, and coffee machines. We are excited to be growing our team and recruiting for a passionate enthusiast to join our fantastic team. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Waltham Abbey.

The Inside Sales Representative will manage daily sales activities, showroom demos and meetings, including lead generation, customer engagement, and account management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Providing tailored solutions
  • Building strong relationships
  • Meeting sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer success

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently
  • Prior experience in the catering or food services equipment industry is a plus
