This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Waltham Abbey. The Inside Sales Representative will manage daily sales activities, showroom demos and meetings, including lead generation, customer engagement, and account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Providing tailored solutions
- Building strong relationships
- Meeting sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation is required. Experience in Account Management is essential. Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage. Prior experience in the catering or food services equipment industry is a plus.
