Blue Hibiscus Hair Artistry Ltd is seeking a commercially focused Business Sales Executive to support the growth of our hair and beauty business in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting new clients, developing business partnerships, promoting our services and helping the company achieve its sales and revenue targets. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practical sales and business-development plans.
- Identify and approach new individual and corporate clients.
- Build relationships with local businesses, event organisers, wedding suppliers, community groups and other potential partners.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships and special offers.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, email, social media, networking and face-to-face engagement.
- Follow up enquiries and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity and customer interactions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular progress reports.
- Work with management to support campaigns and promotions and business development activities.
- Maintain a professional understanding of the company’s services, pricing and customer policies.
