Blue Heart Residential is opening a new solo children’s home in Cinderford, Gloucestershire. We seek a Registered Manager to complete Ofsted registration, build the team and lead the home from opening in September 2026.
You will implement trauma-informed practice, meet Children’s Homes standards, and develop governance with the Responsible Individual. This is a senior leadership role with clear salary progression and opportunities to oversee additional homes as the company grows.
