Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and consistently high standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, including rotas, absence, 1:1s, and recruitment.
- Deliver exceptional client service, handling accounts, resolving queries, and maintaining contract compliance.
- Oversee financial administration, including expenses and pre-billing checks, ensuring accuracy.
- Act as Centre Manager when required, making confident decisions and leading by example.
- Maintain health and safety compliance, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate efficiently to minimise disruption.
- Manage client-facing situations, office tours, and emergencies with confidence and professionalism.
