THE ROLE
We’re looking for a driven, experienced Centre Manager to lead daily operations, ensure efficiency, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding
- Identify operational improvements to ensure high standards

- Lead team meetings, task delegation and performance oversight

- Administer client billing and invoicing processes
