Own the standards, support the team, and learn to run the building as your own. £40,000-£45,000 plus up to 25% site bonus , with a real, supported path to Operations Director within 2-3 years.
This is the seat that builds General Managers.
You partner the GM on everything, and when they're not in the building, you are the building.
