  • You Don't Need Experience
  • You need the kind of warmth people remember

The best hosts we meet aren't the ones with the longest CVs.

They're the ones who make a room feel looked after, who spot the small thing before anyone asks, who turn a first hello into a lasting impression.

That instinct can't be taught, and it's worth more here than any sector background.

If you read that and felt something, keep reading.

This is where careers here begin.

Blue Gem

Blue Gem, part of One Avenue Group, operates some of London's most premium workspaces.

We design, build and run beautiful, hospitality-led buildings where the UK's most discerning companies choose to work.

Our standards are uncompromising.

Our brand is built on detail.

We're growing fast, and we're opening new buildings.

The Opportunity

Be the face of one of our flagship Central London centres, the warm welcome, the local expert, and the person who makes every client feel looked after.

£26,500 base, plus up to 10% site bonus.

Three roles available.

This is where great careers here begin.

You'll be the first face clients see and the heartbeat of the building, and the natural next step is into management.

The package is built to reward delivery, with a clear 12-month roadmap and the future opportunity to become an Assistant Centre Manager.

We're not looking for someone from the serviced office industry.

We're looking for the right person.

The systems, the standards, the commercial basics, all of it can be taught.

Personality, energy and character cannot.

This is a front-of-house seat with a real route up.

  • What You'll Own
  • Be the face of the building. Deliver a warm, polished welcome to every client and guest, you're their first point of contact and the reason they feel instantly at home.
  • Know your clients and your building. Be the local-area expert and natural host who can answer anything, from the best coffee nearby to booking a boardroom.
  • Keep standards immaculate. Daily walkrounds with a sharp eye, making sure every space looks, feels and runs perfectly.
  • Make move-ins effortless. Set up offices, IT and access so a client's very first day feels completely seamless.
  • Bring the building to life. Curate and host memorable client events that turn a workspace into a real community.
  • Learn the admin and back-office. Get hands-on with the systems that keep a centre running, billing support, reporting, facilities coordination and supplier liaison.
  • Learn far more than the front desk. Shadow every part of running a building, operations, client management and the commercial basics, so you're ready for what's next.
  • Stay one step ahead. Be proactive: anticipate needs, spot the small things and fix them before anyone has to ask.
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Client-first and proactive. You anticipate client needs and exceed expectations before being asked.
  • A warm, friendly communicator. You give every client and guest the warmest welcome.
  • Well organised. You manage daily tasks, walkrounds and requests reliably.
  • Creative and resourceful. You bring fresh ideas to client events and the overall experience.
  • Standards-proud. You keep the centre immaculate, welcoming and on-brand. And three things we can't train:
  • Positive Attitude. Positively responsive, we serve attentively, and always with a smile.
  • Problem Solving. Genuinely thoughtful, we look at every problem from the client's point of view.
  • Above and Beyond. Devoted to deliver, we take ownership, responsibility, and are empowered to make decisions.
  • Why Ambitious People Join Us
  • A business that invests in leadership. Ambitious people perform best when given ownership, trust and the room to grow.
  • Flagship Central London buildings. You'll work somewhere you're genuinely proud of.
  • A high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Pace, accountability and ambition, inside a collaborative, people-focused culture.
  • A genuine team. Events, lunches and a one-team culture where people look out for each other, and support at a pace that suits you.
  • Where This Role Goes

Client Experience Assistant to Assistant Centre Manager.

Your roadmap is clear.

You'll work through four milestones, each one taking around six months, building your skills and confidence:

  • Milestone 1, months 1-6: Master the welcome.
  • Milestone 2, months 7-12: Own the experience.
  • Milestone 3, months 13-18: Learn the admin and operations.
  • Milestone 4, months 19-24: Step up.

Complete your four milestones and you'll have the future opportunity to step up to Assistant Centre Manager.

And the room to rise is real, not a vague promise.

Thirty per cent of our people have been promoted, and our leadership is built from people who joined and rose fast.

Prove yourself here, and the next steps are genuinely open.

This Could Be Your Story

Real progression.

Real leadership.

Real opportunity.

We back ambitious people, and we back it with a real route up.

Our leaders built their careers here, rising fast on character and performance, not where they came from.

Indre Vasiliauskeite, Executive Director.

She didn't come from our sector.

She built her foundation in client-facing roles elsewhere, where service, standards and a feel for people became second nature, and we hired her for exactly that.

She joined the Group as a Business Manager, was promoted to Head of Operations within three years, took a seat on the Operating Board, and now sits at the top table as Executive Director of Blue Gem.

She started where you're starting.

Start here.

Perform.

Rise fast.
